ANZUK is supporting a fantastic service in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs in their search for an experienced Educational Leader to join the team.
You will be a strong leader who enjoys mentoring through role modelling best practice in the room. You will enjoy spending 1-1 time with educators and teachers, getting to their individual teachingandlearning styles.
The centre is looking for a confident and passionate leader, with strong pedagogical knowledge and someone who promotes a culture of collaboration and accountability.
You will be someone who celebrates the wins – big or small – and is dedicated to looking after your team's wellbeing.
You will benefit from working closely with a highly experienced management team to develop and deliver high quality programs throughout the service.

Qualification:
Diploma OR Bachelors of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA assessed equivalent)
The Essentials:
Full working rights in Australia
A minimum of 2 years experience in an Educational Leader role
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Team mentality
Genuine passion for delivering high-quality learning experiences and care to children
Valid Working With Children's Check
Current First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis certifications
