Day To Day In The Role You Will
Use your recruitment and career development skills to support people with injuries return to work
Build relationships with employers and organisations to generate suitable vacancies for our clients
Engage in the local community to identify employment opportunities
Market subsidised programs to incentivise employers to consider our clients for employment
Meet face to face with clients to build their confidence and independence in job seeking skills
Liaise with and influence hiring managers on behalf of your clients
Assist clients with addressing key selection criteria
Prepare clients for interviews
Work within a multi disciplinary team to help our clients find gainful and durable employment.
We are interested in hearing from candidates seeking a full time or part time position.

About You
Mandatory: Minimum 12 months experience in a Workplace Rehabilitation setting
Solid attention to detail, critical thinking & problem solving
Honesty, integrity, team attitude & positive approach
Excellent written & spoken English language skills (professional fluency)
A professional network within your local area would be highly regarded
Unrestricted drivers licence (own vehicle required).
