We are seeking a
Coordinator, Quality Management Systems
to join our
Brisbane / Sydney
team in a hybrid working environment. Reporting to the Regional Quality Director, you will play a key role in supporting, maintaining and continually improving the Quality Management System (QMS) across RBG's Australian and New Zealand operations, while supporting alignment with broader SJ Group requirements.
Working closely with project teams, technical leaders and business operations, you will help embed quality practices into everyday activities while supporting the delivery of certification requirements, continuous improvement initiatives and a robust quality culture throughout the business.
Key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
Working collaboratively with the Regional Quality Director, Quality team and stakeholders across the business, your responsibilities will include:
Quality Management Systems
Support the implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the RBG and SJ Group Quality Management System.
Assist with the development, review and control of policies, procedures, standards and other controlled documents.




Promote consistent application of quality requirements across projects and business operations.
Audits and Certification
Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
Assist with ISO certification activities and surveillance audits.
Monitor and follow up corrective actions, non-conformances and continuous improvement opportunities.
Support supplier and subcontractor quality assurance activities where required.
Project and Operational Support
Provide practical quality advice and guidance to project and operational teams.
Assist project teams in understanding and applying quality requirements.
Support risk identification and quality planning activities across key projects.
Identify opportunities to improve business processes, systems and ways of working.
Support the implementation of quality improvement initiatives and lessons learned programs.
Contribute to the development of quality metrics and performance reporting.
Training and Capability Development
Deliver quality awareness sessions and support training initiatives.
Assist employees in understanding ISO requirements, quality processes and management system expectations.
Help foster a proactive culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Monitoring and Reporting
Maintain quality records and management system documentation.
Monitor quality performance indicators and prepare reports for management review.
Assist with quality-related communications and reporting across the business.
About You
You are a motivated quality professional who enjoys working collaboratively with technical and operational teams to achieve practical outcomes.
You will ideally possess:
A relevant tertiary qualification in Quality, Engineering, Business or a related discipline.
Internal Auditor qualifications and experience with ISO ****; exposure to ISO ***** and ISO ***** would be advantageous.
2 + years' experience in a Quality Assurance, Quality Coordinator or Quality Management Systems role.
Experience supporting certified management systems within engineering, consulting, professional services,



construction or infrastructure environments.
Sound understanding of management system principles and ISO standards.
Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capabilities.
Ability to coach and influence employees at all levels of the organisation.
Experience with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
