The Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Heavy Diesel Fitters to join our growing team in Pinjarra. This is a workshop-based role carrying out servicing, repairs, maintenance, and diagnostic fault finding across our fleet and client equipment — covering mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and air systems.
You'll get your hands on a genuinely diverse fleet of mining and civil equipment, including Isuzu, CAT, Toyota and more, in a busy but supportive team environment where your experience and workmanship are genuinely valued. If you enjoy variety and working on equipment that's properly maintained and looked after, this is the role for you.

Adaptable roster: Monday–Friday or 10 days on / 4 days off

What we're looking for
Trade qualification as a Heavy Diesel Fitter (Australian‐recognised)
Experience working on Isuzu, CAT and/or Toyota equipment
Solid understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and air systems
High attention to detail and a genuine commitment to safety
Ability to work independently and as part of a close‐knit team
It's a bonus if you have
Experience with mine specification fit‐outs
HR, truck or forklift licence
2–3 years post‐trade experience (not a dealbreaker if you're a bit earlier in your career)
Applicants must hold full working rights in Australia, be based in the Peel or Perth metro area, and be available to undergo a pre‐employment medical including drug and alcohol screening. A current police clearance may also be requested.
Subcontractors with relevant experience are also welcome to register interest for ongoing or ad‐hoc work.
