Proclinical is seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to support equipment reliability, facility operations, and continuous improvement within a regulated manufacturing environment. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining production equipment, utilities, and facility systems to ensure safe, productive, and compliant operations. Responsibilities:
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and production equipment.
Minimize downtime by supporting equipment reliability across operations.
Manage maintenance schedules, service records, and calibration activities.
Troubleshoot issues with electrical, mechanical, automation, and software-driven equipment.
Coordinate with external contractors and equipment service providers.
Support maintenance activities for HVAC systems, facilities, and utility systems.




Assist with equipment qualification and validation processes.
Oversee spare parts inventory and maintain accurate maintenance documentation.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
Key Skills and Requirements:
Restricted QLD Electrical Licence.
Qualification or equivalent experience in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Experience in regulated manufacturing environments such as pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare, food, or FMCG industries.
Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical equipment.
Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs and equipment reliability practices.
Knowledge of GMP quality systems, calibration, or validation processes is highly desirable.
Exposure to HVAC systems, utilities, cleanroom environments, or automated production equipment is advantageous.
Excellent communication and organizational skills with a hands-on, proactive approach.
