We're seeking a motivated Junior IT Project Manager to join a high-performing technology team and help deliver a range of IT initiatives.
This opportunity is ideally suited to someone with 2-5 years of project management experience who enjoys variety, can adapt quickly to changing priorities, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for coordinating multiple small to medium-sized projects, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and vendors to achieve successful outcomes.
About the Role
You'll take ownership of project planning, coordination and delivery activities across a portfolio of IT projects. Success in this role will come from your ability to stay organised, communicate effectively and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple concurrent IT projects and workstreams.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and status reports.
Coordinate project activities across business and technology teams.
Monitor risks, issues and project dependencies.
Support project governance and reporting requirements.
Facilitate stakeholder communication and project meetings.
Assist with testing, implementation and project delivery activities.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
About You
2-5 years' experience in Project Management, Project Coordination or a similar role.
Solid organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Comfortable managing several projects simultaneously.
A collaborative team player with a proactive approach.
Experience working within an IT or technology environment.
Exposure to Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies is advantageous.
