Manager, Cyber Defence and Resilience
to join our Transformation & Technology team.
This is an chance to lead a high-performing team responsible for safeguarding critical systems and information assets while partnering with senior leaders across the business to strengthen CSC's cyber security posture.
What you'll do:
Lead and develop CSC's Cyber Defence and Resilience team
Oversee cyber operations, including incident response, threat monitoring and vulnerability management
Strengthen CSC's security controls, technologies and resilience capabilities
Provide cyber security advice and assurance to senior leaders and governance forums
Partner with stakeholders to manage cyber risk and support business outcomes
Champion modern security practices, including Zero Trust and secure-by-design principles.
Promote a strong cyber security culture across CSC
What we're looking for
Relevant qualifications in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Risk Management or a related discipline
Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CGEIT or similar will be highly regarded.
Experience working within cyber security, technology risk, audit, compliance or related disciplines.
Strong knowledge of cyber security frameworks,



standards and regulatory requirements, such as NIST CSF, APRA CPS 234 and the Essential Eight
The ability to translate technical concepts into practical business outcomes
Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing and communication skills
Experience building strong relationships across business and technology teams
A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and risk-informed decision making
