As a Pre-Site Construction Coordinator, you will guide customers through their pre-site journey, from signed building contract through to site start.
Acting as a key point of contact, you will ensure project documentation is accurate and complete, provide regular updates to customers, and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep projects progressing smoothly.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing administration, stakeholder management, and project coordination.ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of customer projects through the pre-site phase, from signed contract to site commencementAct as the primary point of contact, providing regular updates and delivering exceptional customer serviceCoordinate and maintain accurate project documentation, ensuring all milestones and workflow tasks are completed on timeLiaise with internal departments, certifiers, councils, developers, and other stakeholders to progress approvals and resolve queriesMonitor project progress and proactively identify and address roadblocks to keep projects moving forwardAccurately record customer communications, project updates, and key information within company systemsManage customer enquiries and escalations professionally, delivering positive outcomes and maintaining customer satisfactionContribute to a team-oriented team environment and support continuous improvement initiativesSkills and ExperienceA minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role including customer service,
