Meeting Working in a small team that is responsible for phone, email, logged tickets and escalation point for 3rd end users.Your responsibilitiesProvide end to end support for IT requests raised via phone, email, ticketing system and in-personEnsure requests are logged accurately within the internal ticketing system (ServiceNow)
for reporting and fault analysisAction requests within appropriate time framesPerform installation and technical support of hardware and software to ASX staffProblem Management for repeating and reoccurring faultsGPO and Scripting for Active DirectoryEscalation point for 1st and 2nd level supportThe role requires some out of hours work and has a rostered On-Call componentThe role is flexible but primarily based‐site at the ASX office in the Sydney CBD.Additional support for an office at Gore Hill, as well as remotely across offices in Australia and internationally will also be periodically required.Your experience and qualificationsMust haveProvision of excellent customer service and support to stakeholders at all enterprise levelsSupport, administration and management of key enterprise platforms including:Active DirectoryWindows Group PolicyStrong PowerShell scripting knowledgeMicrosoft SCCM / Intune configurationWindows 11Virtual DesktopGood understanding of Office 365Experience identifying trends and root cause of problemsIn depth technical understanding of Microsoft software and operating systemsStrong experience supporting laptops, desktops and mobile devicesExperience supporting a broad range of corporate, financial and development applications and platformsNice to havePractical experience managing Windows Group Policy Application packaging/deployment skillsSupport of Virtual Machine environmentsWe make hiring decisions based on your skills, capabilities and experience, and how you'll help us to live our values.
