Our graduates are recognised nationally and internationally for their artistic excellence, cultural leadership and professional achievement.NAISDA is one of eight national arts training organisations, and plays a critical role in shaping world-class Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander artists, talent and innovation.The RoleIs responsible for shaping and delivering integrated Finance and Corporate Services strategies that support NAISDA's vision, uphold our cultural values and strengthen our contribution to the performing arts sector.You will work closely with the CEO, Boards and Executive Team, providing strategic advice and insights that help guide organisational decision-making and long-term sustainability.Leading a diverse portfolio, you will oversee the organisation's finance, assets and operations and people and organisational culture functions; ensuring these areas enable excellence across NAISDA.What You'll BringDemonstrated understanding of the contemporary issues facing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and the impact these issues have on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people,
