To help create a friendly, welcoming, caring environment for customers of Perth Leisure Pool.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Operational DutiesKey TasksYou will be responsible for creating and maintaining the desired image of Perth Leisure Pool through a welcoming, friendly approach to all customersTo operate the point of sale till system in reception, issuing receipts for various activitiesTo carry out cash handling duties, taking monies and giving change to customers for admission to the centreTo receive and process credit cards and chequesTo take bookings for the facilities and all classes within the FacilityTo sell items which are available for resale in the reception areaTo keep and maintain a stock control of resale items at receptionTo deal with enquiries from the public,



both in person and on the telephoneTo provide information on programming and promotional events within the centre and Live Active LeisureTo maintain a high standard of cleanliness in and around the Facility at all timesOtherKey TasksTo assist with clerical duties as necessaryHealth and safetyKey TasksTo comply with the requirements of the Health & Safety at Work Act **** and all supplementary legislationTo liaise with Live Active Leisure maintenance team and other agencies to ensure that the Centre provides a safe, quality workplace at all timesTrainingKey TasksTo attend regular staff training sessions, be they held in-house or externallyGeneralKey TasksTo ensure you are physically fit to carry out your duties at all timesMaintain confidentiality and observe data protection guidelinesTo carry out other reasonable duties as may be required
