Due to continued growth, they are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Claims Administrator to join their cooperative Brisbane team.Your new roleAs a Customer Claims Administrator, you will act as a key point of contact for customers, insurers and internal stakeholders throughout the claims and restoration process.
Working within a fast-paced environment, you will coordinate multiple tasks, maintain accurate records and provide timely updates to ensure a seamless customer experience.Key responsibilitiesCoordinating and monitoring residential claims from lodgement through to completionProviding customers with updates and responding to enquiries via phone and emailMaintaining accurate records across internal systems and client platformsLiaising with contractors,
