We are seeking motivated Team Leaders to join our growing team across Western Sydney and the Eastern Suburbs.About the RoleAs a Team Leader, you will supervise and work alongside a small crew undertaking a variety of horticultural and grounds maintenance activities.
You'll be responsible for ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard while leading by example in the field.Key ResponsibilitiesLeading and supervising maintenance crewsCoordinating daily work schedules and site activitiesMaintaining parks, gardens, open spaces, and landscaped areasOperating horticultural equipment and tools safelyConducting planting, pruning, mowing, edging,
