and project management/document control systemsAbility to work effectively within a fast-paced project environmentWHAT YOU'LL DOAdminister subcontract agreements throughout the project lifecycle, including procurement, award, administration, and close-outSupport the administration of head contract and subcontract obligations in accordance with contractual requirementsPrepare, assess, and administer variations, extensions of time, contractual notices, and progress claimsPrepare scope of works, tender documentation, and procurement packagesCoordinate subcontractor tendering processes, tender evaluations, and recommendation activitiesMonitor project budgets, commitments, expenditure, and support cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting activitiesPrepare and maintain commercial registers, procurement schedules, payment schedules, and project documentationSupport the preparation of head contract claims, final accounts, and associated commercial documentationAssist in identifying contractual and commercial risks and support the resolution of contractual mattersLiaise with project managers, engineers, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors regarding contractual and commercial mattersTrack procurement activities, subcontractor deliverables, and key project milestonesMaintain accurate contract records, registers, correspondence, and commercial documentationSupport project teams in maintaining accurate commercial and project recordsParticipate in project and commercial meetings while supporting effective communication between project delivery and commercial teamsDevelop positive working relationships with stakeholders and contribute to a collaborative, professional, and high-performing team environment
