This established aesthetics organisation is entering an exciting phase of growth, having recently secured its first major clinic chain partnership and investing heavily in the future of its commercial organisation. With a premium injectables portfolio, a strong reputation in the market, and ambitious expansion plans, the business is building current capabilities to support continued success across Australia.
Reporting to the Sales Director, this newly created Key Account Manager position will be based in Sydney and play a critical role in developing and expanding relationships with national aesthetic clinic groups.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
Managing strategic relationships with national clinic chains and key stakeholders
Identifying, pursuing and securing new business opportunities across the chains segment
Leading tender processes, contract negotiations and account growth initiatives
Coordinating cross-functional teams including medical, marketing, training and customer support functions
Overseeing implementation, onboarding and rollout activities for newly secured accounts




Driving commercial outcomes while maintaining strong long-term customer partnerships
The successful candidate will have:
Proven experience in key account management, national accounts, or business development within aesthetics or a related industry
Demonstrated success managing complex commercial relationships and winning new business
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at executive and operational levels
Experience leading projects across multiple functions and customer groups
A highly commercial mindset with the confidence to operate autonomously
The ability to thrive in a fast-moving, competitive and evolving market
