Max Voltage Store and DayBox are growing Australian e-commerce brands in the outdoor, camping and portable power space. We're expanding rapidly and looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Gold Coast team and work directly with the founder across both brands.
This isn't a role where you'll spend your time managing agencies. We're looking for someone who enjoys getting into the accounts, building campaigns, testing ideas and using data to work out what we should do next.

Max Voltage Store and DayBox are growing Australian e-commerce brands in the outdoor, camping and portable power space. We're expanding rapidly and looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Gold Coast team and work directly with the founder across both brands.
This isn't a role where you'll spend your time managing agencies. We're looking for someone who enjoys getting into the accounts, building campaigns, testing ideas and using data to work out what we should do next.
Manage and optimise Meta advertising across Max Voltage Store and DayBox
Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve ROAS, CPA and conversion
Launch campaigns, audiences, creatives and A/B tests in Meta Ads Manager
Work with our content team to turn performance data into better creative
Manage and improve our Shopify websites
Build landing pages and website experiences using AI and modern development tools
Run A/B tests across landing pages, product pages and offers




Analyse website behaviour, conversion rates and customer journeys
Help develop and execute broader digital marketing strategies
Use AI extensively to move faster across marketing, analysis, development and creative
Support our expansion into the US market
Depending on your experience, there will also be opportunities to work across Google Ads, TikTok Ads and other acquisition channels.
Who we're looking for
You'll need
hands-on Meta Ads experience
. You should be comfortable opening Ads Manager, understanding what's happening and making changes yourself.
Beyond that, we're looking for someone who:
Is analytical and commercially minded
Understands e-commerce and performance marketing
Is comfortable working with Shopify
Has experience with landing pages, CRO or A/B testing
Uses AI as part of their everyday workflow
Can work independently and take ownership
Likes testing ideas rather than doing things simply because "that's how it's always been done"
Can move quickly in a growing business
You don't need to tick every box. We're more interested in someone capable, curious and commercially switched-on than someone with the perfect CV.
