Play a critical role in promoting integrity, accountability and good governance across one of NSW's largest government agencies. As a
Senior Investigations Officer
, you will lead complex investigations into allegations of wrongdoing, misconduct, fraud and corruption, while helping to strengthen ethical decision-making and public trust across the department.
In this high-impact role, you will manage sensitive and confidential investigations, provide expert advice on governance, Public Interest Disclosures, ethics and misconduct matters, and support the effective management of wrongdoing reports. You will analyse data and emerging trends, identify systemic risks, and develop practical recommendations to strengthen controls and improve organisational performance.
Success in this role requires strong investigative experience, excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to communicate complex matters clearly and professionally. You will work closely with senior leaders, internal business units and external agencies including ICAC and the NSW Ombudsman, building effective partnerships while navigating challenging and often complex issues with sound judgement and integrity.

The essential requirements you will bring to this role include
tertiary qualifications in relevant field or equivalent work experience in corporate governance, and policy management and demonstrated experience in conducting corporate investigations preferable in large and complex NSW government agencies.
