You will own the HR function, guide strategy with the CEO, and manage a three-person team including an HR Business Partner and a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
You'll handle complex ER matters, advise at executive level, and drive culture, workforce planning, and policy across a site‐based, multi‐state setting.
