Based in Mackay, we deliver high-quality commercial and industrial projects across Mackay, Townsville, Rockhampton, the Bowen Basin and the Whitsundays.

With a strong secured pipeline of work and continued regional growth, we are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our leadership team.

The Chance

This is a key leadership role responsible for delivering commercial construction projects from award through to completion.

The role involves managing projects typically valued between $5M-$30M.

Overall project performance (time, cost, quality and safety)
Client and stakeholder management
Financial management and forecasting
Contract administration oversight
Subcontractor engagement and performance
Program management and risk mitigation

Leading internal project teams

This role offers genuine autonomy, strong support from senior leadership, and the opportunity to contribute to a growing regional construction business.

About You

You will bring:

Minimum 5+ years' experience as a Construction Project Manager
Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or similar




Strong commercial construction background (industrial, transport, workshops, community facilities, accommodation, health, retail, mining infrastructure or education projects)
Demonstrated track record delivering projects safely, on time and on budget
Strong knowledge of commercial contracts and subcontractor management

Financial control and reporting experience

Technical Skills

Experience with the below systems:

Either Jonas Premier, Jobpac, Procore, Coins
Microsoft Projects

Estimating software packages

You will also possess exceptional communication skills, strong leadership capability and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
