The District Nurses is seeking a Quality Compliance Officer to strengthen clinical governance, support accreditation readiness and foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement across the organisation.
You will work with the Quality & Compliance Manager, lead reporting, audits, incident review, and staff training to ensure protected, ethical care for older Tasmanians and compliant operations.
