Department of Health in Tasmania is seeking a highly capable Physiotherapist to join the Community Rapid Response Service (ComRRS) in Launceston. The role delivers rapid assessments and targeted episodes of care up to six weeks, with a broad caseload from acute to complex conditions.
You'll work autonomously yet closely with GPs and a multidisciplinary team, applying solid clinical judgement and excellent communication to maximise independence and prevent hospitalisation.
