Marine Biologist

Employment Responsibilities

- Investigating the chemical structure and function of living cells and their isolated components, organs and tissues in humans, animals, plants, and micro-organisms
- Studying the forms and structures of bodily organs and tissues by systematic observation, dissection and microscopic examination
- Carry out daily husbandry, feeding and stock health monitoring
- Assist with grading, harvesting and packing to order

Skills, experience and qualifications

- A bachelor degree or higher qualification.
- Relevant experience may also be required.

Licences
- Current driver's licence
- Coxswain or marine licence an advantage

Aquaculture Farmer

Employment Responsibilities

- Directing and overseeing general farming activities including the provision and maintenance of farming infrastructure and equipment
- Coordinating and overseeing harvesting,



grading, processing and packaging operations for aquatic stock
- Carry out daily husbandry, feeding and stock health monitoring
- Operate and maintain equipment and record production data

Skills, experience and qualifications

- A bachelor degree or higher qualification. At least 5 years of relevant experience may be accepted in place of the formal qualification.
- Relevant experience may also be required.

Licences
- Current driver's licence
- Coxswain or marine licence an advantage

Microbiologist

Employment Responsibilities

- Investigating the chemical structure and function of living cells and their isolated components, organs and tissues in humans, animals, plants, and micro-organisms

- Follow all workplace policies, procedures and safety requirements
- Contribute to a positive, safe and productive workplace
