Role & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end website administration, collaborating with external digital service providers to implement feature enhancements, conduct technical testing, and maintain smooth operations.
Compile, maintain, and validate core master data files using advanced Excel techniques to ensure high data quality and compliance with governance standards.
Translate complex business requirements into practical technical solutions, ensuring all website and data enhancements align with user needs and accessibility standards.
Support data visualization, reporting, and process automation to streamline annual data review cycles and enhance user reporting capabilities.
Engage across technical and non-technical teams to troubleshoot platform issues, maintain user guidance documentation,
and support governance steering committees.
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this position, you will ideally bring:
Technical Toolkit: Advanced Excel capabilities (complex formulas, data integration, validation, pivot tables), web Content Management System (CMS) administration (e.g., GovCMS, WordPress), and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Experience: Proven experience managing digital platforms, overseeing data management workflows, and delivering quality-assured web content within structured or enterprise environments.
Core Capabilities: Solid stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly, exercise sound judgment, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Desirable: Exposure to Agile delivery approaches, issue management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps), basic XML/HTML knowledge, or experience developing user documentation.
Eligibility & Clearance Requirements
Security Clearance: Due to the nature of this environment, candidates must hold a current NV1 security clearance.
