What you'll be doing

As a Diabetes Educator, you will work within a dynamic clinical service to provide high-quality, person-centred care to people living with diabetes.

Working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team, you will:

- Provide diabetes education and support to patients and their families
- Support patients to build confidence in diabetes self-management
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate and optimise patient care
- Contribute to the ongoing development and delivery of a high-quality diabetes education service
- Develop and provide a broad range of clinical services to people with diabetes

What we're looking for

- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
