What you'll be doing
Practicing and promoting safe, efficient and effective nursing care that reflects current standards of nursing practices and current Mid North Coast Local Health District policies and procedures.

About You
You present yourself as a registered nurse who meets the professional standards of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and applies well-developed nursing knowledge and capability across both outpatient and acute hospital settings. You draw on strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills to assess patient needs, respond to changing clinical situations and maximise the quality and safety of care. Your communication is consistently clear, professional and purposeful, whether you are documenting care, using information technology or engaging directly with patients, families and colleagues. You work effectively within a multidisciplinary environment, planning and coordinating patient care with a focus on outcomes, continuity and collaboration. You also demonstrate reliability and flexibility through your commitment to a seven-day rotating roster that includes night duty, weekends and public holidays.
