With an ever expanding portfolio across multiple channels and a reputation for developing their people internally, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Corporate Accounts Manager to join their team.

The Role:

This is a newly created senior commercial role for an experienced healthcare sales leader who understands how business gets done across public and private hospitals. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you'll combine strategic account leadership with people management, bringing commercial and clinical activity together around the customers and opportunities that matter most.

You'll take responsibility for strategy key hospital accounts across NSW & ACT, developing senior relationships across C-suites, procurement, clinical and other key stakeholders while identifying opportunities to protect and grow the business.

Importantly, this isn't simply a bigger territory sales role. You'll set account priorities, coordinate activity across complex hospital customers and lead & coach a team of Territory Managers to ensure clinical engagement translates into strong customer & commercial outcomes.

What you'll be doing:

- Devise & lead the roll out of impactful strategies for major hospital accounts
- Build account plans that identify key stakeholders, opportunities, risks & growth priorities
- Develop strong relationships with key account stakeholders
- Lead, coach & develop a team of Territory Managers
- Identify opportunities for account growth, portfolio expansion & increased product utilisation
- Support hospital tender, contracting and procurement processes
- Coordinate commercial & clinical activity around major customer opportunities
- Lead & negotiate commercial discussions
- Partner with internal teams to deliver successful customer outcomes




- Use customer & market insight to anticipate risks and identify new opportunities

What you'll bring

You'll already understand the complexity of selling into Australian hospitals and be comfortable operating across both commercial and clinical stakeholder groups.

We're particularly interested in candidates who bring:

- Strategic account management experience
- Devices sales experience (excluding Capital Equipment)
- Established understanding of public and/or private hospital customers
- Demonstrated people leadership experience, including coaching & performance management
- Experience working with Hospital C-suites & Procurement
- The ability to develop account strategies, rather than simply manage day-to-day customer activity
- Confidence engaging a mix of C-suite, procurement, clinical and senior stakeholders
- Robust commercial judgement
- Ability to prioritise the opportunities that will make the greatest impact
- Sales Hunter mentality
