Personal Carer | Blue Care | Townsville

- Location: Mt Louisa Aged Care Facility, Townsville
- Remuneration: $36.32 p/hr ($45.40 p/hr casual) + Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging (Increases your take home pay) + Penalties & Allowances + Employee discounts

About The Role

As a Personal Carer you'll provide care to your clients living in our residential home, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life through activities that include:

- Daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, help at mealtimes and general mobility
- Providing care in accordance with their individualised Care Plan
- Supporting with community based recreational and social activities

Role Requirements

- Certificate III Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability Support, or an equivalent qualification
- Experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc
- Minimum 6-12 months of aged care experience required
- Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
- Valid Australian work rights or appropriate work visa status required
