Lavan is seeking a post-qualified lawyer to join our Employment, Safety & Education team in Western Australia. You will advise and represent employer clients on employment contracts, workplace policies, WHS, and dispute resolution across industries.
With at least 3 years' post-admission experience in employment and industrial relations law, you will support complex matters, draft agreements, handle regulatory responses, and contribute to business development within a cooperative team.
