- Work within a busy and supportive Scrub/Scout team committed to safe, compassionate, and culturally responsive care.
- Contribute to surgical excellence across a broad range of specialties, including cardiac and cardiothoracic procedures.
- Prepare and maintain operating theatre environments to support patient safety and surgical efficiency.
- Anticipate surgical and patient needs throughout the perioperative journey.
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anaesthetists, and multidisciplinary teams. Deliver care aligned with evidence based practice and NSW Health standards. Make a meaningful impact on patient wellbeing in a fast paced, rewarding clinical setting.

Are You the Right Fit?
You are a committed, professional, and team focused Scrub/Scout nurse who enjoys working in fast paced surgical environments and is driven by high standards of patient care.

You bring:

- Recent experience working in operating theatres or a relevant surgical setting.
- Scrub and/or Scout experience, with exposure to cardiac nursing or cardiac surgical environments welcomed.
- Strong ability to prepare operating rooms and surgical setups in line with surgeon preference cards and clinical standards.
- A clear commitment to culturally responsive, safe, and compassionate care.




- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
- A professional, respectful approach to teamwork and conflict resolution.
- Sound clinical judgement, critical thinking, and evidence based decision making.
