Senior Salesforce Administrator | Environments & CI/CD
Lead Salesforce environment administration across a major government technology program, combining hands-on platform support, CI/CD, security and technical leadership in a complex enterprise environment.

Location: VIC
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – minimum 3 days each week in the office
Contract Duration: 12 months with one 12-month extension option
Security Clearance Requirement: Must have an NV1 or higher

Essential Tasks

- Develop and maintain Salesforce environment and code management plans supporting releases, projects and BAU changes.
- Perform complex Salesforce administration across releases, CI/CD, platform security and setting changes.
- Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams and external vendors.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring and support across the Salesforce environments team.

Key Criteria

- Certified Salesforce Administrator with at least 4 years’ Salesforce ecosystem experience.
- Strong Salesforce product knowledge, including roles, profiles,



permissions, OWD and sharing rules.
- Experience supporting Salesforce environments, including Data Loader, Service Cloud and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience managing Salesforce CI/CD processes using GitLab or a similar tool.
