Our client is a well-established construction company based in the Inner West, with over 20 years' experience delivering high-end residential homes and high end office fit outs across Sydney. Known for their reputation for excellence and outstanding finishes, they've built long-standing relationships with clients that keep a constant stream of quality work coming through the door. Their portfolio spans luxury homes, premium commercial fit-outs, and everything in between.

Off the back of continued project wins, they're now looking to bring two Junior Site Supervisors into the team.

This is a genuine career pathway role. You'll be mentored and trained by experienced supervisors and management, progressively building the skills and confidence to run your own projects up to $5m. The majority of supervisors currently with the business came up through this exact process and many are still with the company five years on, now running their own sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinating and managing trades on site, ensuring quality and safety standards are met
- Assisting with the programming and sequencing of works to keep jobs on track
- Ordering, tracking, and coordinating materials and deliveries with suppliers
- Liaising with suppliers to resolve delays, defects, or supply issues as they arise
- Reporting regularly to the Project Manager on progress, issues, and site conditions
- Supporting site inductions, toolbox talks, and day-to-day WHS compliance
- Assisting with quality control and defect management throughout the build
- Helping maintain accurate site records, diaries,



and documentation

About You

- Trade background
- Currently working as a Leading Hand on commercial and/or residential projects
- Looking to take the next step into site supervision
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable working closely with trades and site teams
- Strong communicator with an eye for quality and detail
