An exciting opportunity is available for a Consultant in Obstetrics & Gynaecology to join a major regional health service. This role involves managing a generalist workload across obstetrics and gynaecology, including inpatient and outpatient care, birth suite, emergency and elective theatre work and participation in an on-call roster. You will play a key role in delivering woman- and family-centred care while contributing to service development, clinical governance, teaching, supervision and research. The position offers variety, autonomy and the opportunity to influence service delivery within a supportive, multidisciplinary team.

Essential criteria
- Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) registrable with AHPRA.
- Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (FRANZCOG), or eligibility via the substantial comparability pathway.
- Eligible for Specialist registration with the Medical Board of Australia.
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centred care, teaching, supervision and clinical governance.
