We are currently speaking with General Medicine Trainees interested in joining a substantial regional referral hospital in New South Wales. This is a strong opportunity for doctors seeking broad inpatient medicine exposure within a well-supported service, with meaningful clinical responsibility across general medicine and acute care. The hospital is a regional referral, level 5 base hospital within Northern NSW and is an accredited teaching hospital.
This role is well suited to PGY3+ doctors, unaccredited registrars and international doctors looking to strengthen their physician training profile before entering or progressing through a formal college pathway. Requirements

- AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
- PGY3+ with registrar-level or senior resident medical experience in General Medicine or acute care
- Minimum 12 months recent hospital-based medical experience
- Interest in pursuing Basic Physician Training or strengthening medicine experience prior to entering a college pathway
- International Medical Graduates assessed as partially or substantially comparable, or preparing to lodge assessment, are encouraged to apply
