The opportunity
This is a rare leadership opportunity to shape the future capability, performance and culture of QBE across the AUSPAC region. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, Australia Pacific and Chief Talent Officer, you will lead a broad organisational development portfolio encompassing leadership, talent, capability and culture, partnering closely with senior executives to drive enterprise-wide outcomes that support QBE's strategic ambitions.
Operating across both regional and global leadership forums, you will bring a highly strategic and commercially focused approach to organisational effectiveness. You will partner with and influence some of QBE's most important people and business priorities, ensuring the organisation has the leadership capability, workforce readiness and cultural foundations required to succeed today and into the future.

Your new role
Partner with senior executives to diagnose organisational challenges and develop solutions that drive strategic business outcomes.
Lead the delivery of organisational development, leadership, culture and capability initiatives across the AUSPAC region.
Translate business strategy into enterprise-wide interventions that strengthen organisational performance and leadership effectiveness.
Oversee the execution of key talent, leadership,
culture and capability programs that support current and future workforce needs.
Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to align priorities, influence decision-making and maximise impact.
Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability and continuous improvement.
About you
You are a seasoned organisational development leader with a proven ability to influence at the executive level and translate strategy into meaningful business outcomes. Combining strategic thinking, commercial acumen and execution, you bring a systems-thinking approach to organisational effectiveness and understand how leadership, culture and capability work together to drive performance.
Significant experience leading organisational development, culture, leadership, talent and/or capability portfolios within large, complex organisations.
Demonstrated success influencing executive stakeholders and delivering enterprise-wide organisational outcomes.
Strong consulting, diagnostic and problem-solving capability, with the ability to translate business needs into commercially focussed people solutions.
Experience designing and delivering large-scale leadership, organisational effectiveness, culture or capability initiatives.
Outstanding stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
