We’re currently recruiting for an established manufacturing organisation based in Narangba that is looking to bring an experienced HSEQ Coordinator into their team.
This is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys being out in the operation, working alongside project and site teams, and driving practical improvements across health, safety, workplace and quality.

- Full-time position based in Narangba
As the HSEQ Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for supporting and strengthening HSEQ practices across the organisation.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining HSEQ policies, procedures and SWMS
- Conducting workplace inspections, audits and risk assessments
- Identifying hazards and implementing effective control measures
- Providing HSEQ guidance, training and support to operational teams
- Managing incident and near-miss investigations
- Driving corrective and preventative actions
- Monitoring compliance with relevant WHS and environmental legislation
- Maintaining HSEQ documentation, records and reporting
- Tracking HSEQ performance and key metrics
- Working closely with site and project teams to continuously improve safety outcomes
You’ll ideally have:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in HSEQ, WHS, Environmental Management or a related discipline
- 3+ years' experience in an HSEQ Coordinator or similar position
- Experience within manufacturing, construction or another industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of WHS and environmental legislation
- Experience with audits, inspections, risk assessments and incident investigations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Confidence working with both operational and management teams
- Experience using HSEQ systems and reporting tools
- A practical, proactive approach to workplace safety
