As a Senior IT Service Delivery Manager at DHL, you'll overcome daily challenges to ensure your sector runs smoothly. In a fast-paced environment, where every day is different, you'll have the autonomy to make decisions and be able to continually grown professionally.



Use your talents to drive the future of IT logistics, using the latest technology.

- The design, implementation and operation of a wide array of new and existing business applications, including Automation & Robotics systems.
- Ensuring the availability, performance and security of applications to meet business expectations and agreed SLAs.
- Perform IT Service Management processes in line with the ITIL framework
- Ensuring compliance with DPDHL Group Information Security Standards
- Managing the team to deliver first class service whilst ensuring engagement and progression
- Collaborating with business partners, vendors and customer stakeholders

You have the following qualities & qualifications:
- 10+ years IT Product/Application and IT Service Management experience
- Strong ITIL knowledge and experience and familiarity with the latest ICT platforms, systems and applications
- Experience with Information Security & Data Protection best practice principles
- Excellent personal presentation and strong written & verbal communication skills
- Relentless drive to innovate, continuously improve processes and deliver quality outcomes for customers
- A proactive can-do attitude
- A police clearance is required for this role
