About the role

We are seeking passionate and experienced Beauty Therapists to join our team at Janesce, working in either our new Norwood store location re-opening late November, or our Hyde Park store in South Australia. You will be playing a key part in delivering high-quality beauty treatments and exceptional customer service to our clientele.

Key responsibilities

- Providing a range of advanced beauty treatments, including facials, body massage, face and body waxing (no intimate waxing), tinting, and manicures/pedicures

- Delivering personalised consultations to understand clients' needs and recommend appropriate treatments

- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised treatment room workplace

- Ensuring excellent customer service and a positive client experience

- Recommend Janesce products and services

- Work to KPI's and sales targets

- Contributing to the overall success and growth of the Janesce' salon

- Work supporting the team members

About you

- A relevant beauty therapy qualification and a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role





- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and effectively

- A friendly, professional, and personable demeanour

- A commitment to ongoing learning and development in the beauty industry
