We're working with an established multi-trade services business who is looking for experienced Plumbers to join their growing field team on a permanent basis.

This is a great opportunity for a qualified plumber who enjoys variety, wants exposure to larger commercial and infrastructure projects, and is looking to join an established business with opportunities to develop their skill set. It would also suit experienced service plumbers wanting to maximise their earnings through overtime or residential plumbers looking to successfully transition into the commercial sector.

Based out of a Western Sydney office, you'll be working across a mix of commercial maintenance and construction projects on high-profile government contracts, including transport infrastructure, schools, and major public works.

The Role

- Completing plumbing works across commercial maintenance and construction projects
- Attending government, commercial, and infrastructure sites across Sydney
- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance works
- Completing plumbing installations, repairs, and general construction plumbing
- Diagnosing and rectifying plumbing faults and issues
- Working across major infrastructure projects and government contracts
- Ensuring all works meet relevant Australian Standards and project requirements
- Liaising with clients, site personnel, contractors, and other trades
- Completing job documentation and updating works using Simpro on company systems
- Maintaining company vehicles, tools, and equipment safely

What We're Looking For

- Valid Australian plumbing licence / trade qualification
- Solid experience working as a plumber in Australia




- Commercial maintenance and/or construction plumbing experience preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a larger field team
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Current driver's licence and comfort travelling to different sites across Sydney
- Good computer/technology skills, with Simpro experience highly regarded
- Willingness to complete required site checks (Police Check, Working With Children Check, and a CAT 3 Medical)
- Experience in government, infrastructure, rail, or education environments is highly regarded but not essential
