Are you a motivated, enthusiastic and reliable Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person looking to start your career in the property and facilities management industry?

MEGT has a fantastic opportunity with Cushman & Wakefield for a Trainee Coordinator based in Sydney CBD, NSW.

This is a First Nations Identified Business Traineeship, providing you with the opportunity to gain valuable workplace experience, complete a nationally recognised qualification and build your career in the property and facilities management industry.

About the role

This traineeship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a range of areas within the property and facilities management industry while completing a Certificate III in Business.

You will have the opportunity to:

- Support administrative activities, data collection, reporting and document management.
- Gain exposure to finance, lease and property management, facilities management, procurement and sustainability.
- Participate in meetings, forums and working groups with internal teams, clients and external service providers.
- Rotate across different areas of the business and develop an understanding of the corporate real estate industry.
- Build professional relationships and develop valuable workplace skills.

What we're looking for - Skills & Experience

We are looking for someone who is:

- Enthusiastic, motivated and willing to learn.
- Reliable, organised and has strong attention to detail.




- Confident communicating with a range of people and working as part of a team.
- Interested in developing new skills in a professional office environment.
- Comfortable with basic computer skills and willing to learn programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
- Genuinely interested in the property, real estate or built environment industry.

Previous property experience is desirable but not essential - candidates from a range of backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

As part of the Integrated Facilities Management team,



you will gain exposure to areas including facilities management, property and lease management, finance, procurement, sustainability, health and safety and client relationship management.

You will work alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative environment while developing your skills and understanding of the property industry.
