Working alongside our experienced team, you will be involved in the manufacture and delivery of high-quality custom joinery and cabinetry.

For the Leading Hand position, you will also take an active role in coordinating day-to-day workshop operations, supporting, and guiding other team members, maintaining quality standards and helping ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Qualified and experienced Cabinet Maker

- Robust knowledge of cabinetmaking and joinery construction

- Excellent attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship

- Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings

- Reliable, punctual, and professional

- Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively within a team





- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your work

- Good communication and problem-solving skills

- Current White Card

For Leading Hand applicants:

- Previous supervisory or Leading Hand experience preferred

- Ability to coordinate workflow and assist in managing workshop priorities

- Confidence supervising and supporting tradespeople and apprentices

- Strong quality-control standards

- Ability to identify issues and find practical solutions

- A hands-on approach — this is a working Leading Hand position
