Join the team at Living Turf as a Turf Technician - Precision Turf. This is a full-time role working within a supportive team workplace, Monday to Friday with a standard 40-hour week. There is flexibility for shift work and overtime when available. You’ll be part of a supportive team delivering high-quality turf application services.
What you'll be doing
- Deliver application services to our customers
- Operate and maintain various application and analytical equipment
- Complete electronic reporting and record-keeping
- Conduct a wide variety of technical and analytical services
- Build and maintain strong client and internal relationships
- Uphold professional standards and environmental/public safety awareness
- Maintain a high level of personal presentation and professional conduct
- Represent the company with integrity and pride
- Maintain a safe and tidy work environment
- Support the broader team in achieving company objectives
- Spray application knowledge (ChemCert III and relevant state licenses)
- A current Australian driver’s license
- Mechanical aptitude and practical maintenance skills
- Customer service experience (desirable)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver consistent, high-quality workmanship
- Proficient in the use of turf-specific equipment and machinery
- Positive customer service mindset and ability to build strong relationships with clients
- A keen interest in horticulture and a passion for maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces
- A current driver's license and your own reliable transport
