Operations & Supply Chain Supervisor
Sydney Distribution Centre

What You'll Do
As an Operations & Supply Chain Supervisor, you will:
- Support inventory accuracy, visibility, and control across the distribution centre
- Analyse inventory and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Assist with cycle counts, inventory reconciliations, variance investigations, and root cause analysis
- Utilise warehouse and inventory management systems (such as SAP and WMS) to maintain data integrity and support reporting
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and training materials
- Support onboarding, training, and capability development for warehouse and inventory team members
- Partner with operational leaders to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant warehouse operations
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance and customer outcomes
About You
We're looking for someone with strong learning agility, curiosity, and problem-solving capability. While previous industry experience is advantageous, we value potential and attitude just as highly.
You will bring:
- A degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, Analytics, or a related discipline
- Strong analytical skills with confidence using Excel and other data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A proactive mindset and genuine interest in operations, logistics, and supply chain management
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, inventory management, or operations is desirable but not essential.
