Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Working in service alongside out hot kitchen team and head chef

• Expanding and executing our 'take-home meal' offerings

• Meeting set targets

• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction with consistent, high-quality products and timely service

• Following food safety standards and ensuring full compliance.

- Liaising with FOH team, managers, owners, and other relevant shareholders in a professional manner.

• Proven experience in a similar role running busy breakfast/brunch service
