Smaller studio looking for mid-level Project Architect

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead design development and technical documentation for multi-residential schemes

- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery

- Produce Revit modelling and documentation to high standards

- Oversee project timelines and key milestones

- Contribute to client presentations and design reviews

- Support the studio’s collaborative, creative culture

Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience in multi-residential architecture

- Strong Revit skills

- Ability to manage projects through construction stages

- Good understanding of local building regulations and standards

- Skilled in team collaboration and explicit communication

- Passionate about innovative, sustainable design
