Rockhampton is our hub, home to the acute adult inpatient services and Mental Health Act administration, with additional services including the Step-Up Step-Down facility in Gladstone and the Adult Community Care Unit in Rockhampton.
About the role:
- Turn data into action. Lead data management, analysis, reporting and KPIs to keep mental health and AOD services on track and meeting targets.
- Be the information guru. Support information teams, champion accurate CIMHA reporting, build better systems and deliver training that keeps everyone on the same page.
- Lead people and operations. Oversee teams, recruitment, performance, budgets and resources while driving smarter processes, continuous improvement and high-quality corporate services.
- Bring everyone together. Work with clinical teams, managers and executives to solve problems, communicate clearly and build a resilient, team-oriented team focused on quality care and better outcomes.
About you:
- ? You know how to bring people together, lead through change and keep teams moving in the right direction.
- ? Confident managing people, resources and budgets while keeping things running smoothly.
- ? You can dive into complex data and reports,
spot the story behind the numbers and pick up new tech and systems quickly.
- ? Client-focused, collaborative and a confident communicator who can solve problems, negotiate and get things done with minimal supervision.
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $139,030 p.a. is comprised of:
- An hourly rate between $56.48 - $61.45 p.h.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading
