Currently, we are undergoing a significant transformation and growth phase. In recent years, our workforce has doubled, and we now proudly employ over 200 professionals dedicated to helping shape Australia’s future and fulfilling our mission of empowering communities.

About the role
This is a Salesforce-focused business systems role where you'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to improve and optimise Salesforce. Rather than being a developer, you'll primarily configure and enhance the platform using Salesforce's low-code capabilities, ensuring it continues to meet business needs and deliver a great user experience.
The role also has ownership of Salesforce data quality, security, reporting, automation, and platform governance. You'll troubleshoot issues, maintain customer and partner portals, and support ongoing releases and improvements to ensure the platform remains reliable and effective.
What you’ll do
You'll act as the bridge between the business and technology teams, gathering requirements, running workshops, designing solutions, and translating business challenges into scalable Salesforce configurations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
You will bring
While this is not a heavy development role, you'll need enough technical understanding to read Apex code, interpret debug logs, investigate issues, and work effectively with technical teams when required.
Nice to have
This position would suit an experienced Salesforce Administrator, Functional Consultant, Business Systems Analyst, or Platform Specialist who enjoys working with stakeholders, solving business problems, and driving continuous improvement through technology.
