About the Role
As Kitchen Installation Manager, you'll oversee kitchen installation projects from check measure through to completion,
ensuring every project is delivered to the highest standard.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting site check measures and confirming project details.
- Coordinating installation schedules and trades.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Building strong relationships with customers and installers.
- Resolving site issues and ensuring projects stay on track.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and project records.
- Delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
What We're Looking For
You will ideally have:
- A Cabinetmaking trade qualification or extensive kitchen installation experience.
- At least 5 years' experience within the kitchen industry.
- Solid attention to detail and technical knowledge.
- Well-developed communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Confidence using business systems and standard office software.
Previous management experience is not essential.
