About the role

This is a permanent full-time position based at our South Brisbane (Yatala) office, reporting to the QLD State Manager (General Manager - Sales).

Our teams take the time to genuinely identify and understand customer needs and coordinate our people and departments to go above and beyond to fulfil customer requests.

The Customer Service/Internal Sales function is integral to delivering our customer value proposition.

About you

We are looking for someone who can connect with customers and support our QLD Sales team with administration and customer service expertise.

The ability to provide exceptional customer service and go above and beyond for our customers is essential.

The ideal candidate will be:

- A Team Player, and problem solver, who is able to work under pressure with accuracy and reliability.

- An efficient self-starter with a natural ability to empathise, connect and respond in a genuine tone to customer enquiries.





- Ability to complete general administration duties, data entry, preparation of quotations, input of purchase orders and support various team members.

- Computer literate with ability to learn software and apps.

- An energetic multi-tasker that can maintain high levels of concentration, diligence, and attention to detail throughout the day.

- An ongoing commitment to exceptional customer service.
