The Opportunity

We’re looking for a customer-focused Customer Service & Spare Parts Specialist to join our PTU team. You’ll support customers across phone, email, LiveChat and face-to-face interactions, providing product advice, processing orders and helping resolve technical, delivery and after-sales enquiries.

This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, solving problems and identifying opportunities to turn enquiries into sales. You’ll work closely with our sales, warehouse and workshop teams to provide customers with responsive and reliable support throughout their journey with ACS.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be responsible for:

- Responding to customer enquiries across phone, email, LiveChat and face-to-face channels.

- Providing product information, technical guidance and after-sales support.

- Processing sales orders, online orders and transactions for third-party warehouses.

- Preparing quotes, confirming pricing and providing customers with delivery estimates.

- Converting inbound enquiries and following up leads to generate sales.

- Building solid relationships with new and existing customers.

- Creating service orders for product rebuilds and keeping customers updated on progress.

- Processing return authorisations and assisting with product return requests.





- Investigating and resolving delivery, product and customer service issues.

- Maintaining accurate customer, sales and vehicle information within company systems.

- Supporting stock control, materials handling and the dispatch of goods.

- Working collaboratively with the sales, warehouse and workshop teams.

- Supporting trade shows and other customer or industry events as required.

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

- Previous experience in customer service, internal sales, spare parts interpreting or a similar role.

- An interest in the automotive industry, with automotive parts or mechanical knowledge highly regarded.

- A genuine passion for delivering an excellent customer experience.

- The confidence to provide product advice, respond to technical enquiries and identify sales opportunities.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills across phone, email and online channels.

- A proactive, solution-focused approach to resolving customer concerns.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to process orders and maintain accurate records.

- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.

- Confidence using computer systems, databases and online ordering platforms.

- A collaborative approach and willingness to support the broader team.
