About the Role You’ll manage a diverse mix of property matters, including residential and commercial conveyancing, leasing, subdivisions, off‑the‑plan work, and broader advisory matters. This is a role with influence — you’ll work closely with the Directors, contribute to process improvement, and help shape the future direction of the Property team as the firm continues to expand.

About You You’re an experienced Property Lawyer who enjoys taking ownership of files, building solid client relationships and contributing to a positive team environment. You’re confident,



solutions‑focused and ready for a role where your expertise will be recognised and valued

What You’ll Bring
· Current practising certificate / fully licensed Lawyer
· Minimum 3+ years PAE in Property Law
· Strong technical capability and sound professional judgement
· Ability to lead, mentor, and support junior team members
· Confidence in managing client relationships and complex matters
· A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a commitment to excellence
· Desire to contribute to firm growth, culture, and strategic direction
· An ability to work in a friendly, flat structure which is totally free of politics
· Excellent communication skills
